Safebear, the project that effectively fights against cyberbullying.
Safebear is an anti-cyber harassment solution. The application blocks hate messages and facilitates legal procedures. This solution is powered by a message processing AI, and the collected data necessary for any criminal proceedings are stored in the blockchain, guaranteeing their authenticity.
The solution offers parents the possibility of monitoring their child's online activity, and of being alerted in the event of cyberbullying, without neglecting the privacy of children registered on Safebear.
Our missions on this project
For this project, we were in charge of the conception and design of the Safebear application.
Framing of the roadmap project, benchmark, user research,
Definition of user journeys. Modeling and prototyping of the application
Creation of the administrator interface, to facilitate the management of the application
Addition (on the admin) of a labeling system, allowing to improve the Safebear AI
Main issues
The application contains 3 different major courses.
That of a guardian (parent) who registers his child and can follow his activity from the application.
That of a child being registered with the Basic formula, not allowing the recording of data on the blockchain, and therefore legal efficiency.
And finally, that of a child who has subscribed to the Safe formula, benefiting from all the features.
Optimize the registration process which requires many steps including the addition of traditional personal information, the coupling of the account of a tutor or relative, and a KYC.
Develop a manual data labeling solution, which will be carried out by Safebear staff, in order to constantly improve its artificial intelligence. The challenge here was to design an interface on which to maximize the labeling time of a message.
